Gracie’s Life Experiment

We really had nothing planned for this Bank Holiday weekend. Got up at a nice lazy hour (I think was prob about 9am) and hubby went out to Maccy D’s to get McMuffins for brekkie in bed (v bad, but we had no bread, you couldn’t really count the green evolving bread monster in the bread bin). Hubby did garden stuff and I did house stuff (how stereotypical). After putting in the new fences, we’ve finally got the time to paint them now (plus all the others needed their yearly coat). We have a double size back garden and have about 26 fence panels to do. We worked out years ago that painting with a brush is just too long winded and we bought an el cheapo electrical spray gun. It works really well with normal Wilkos fence paint (but watered down a bit). It took hubby about 3 hrs to get them all done. In the mean time the house got tidied again, the hoovering happened, and washing too.

Summary of the day: Got lots of house/garden stuff done, Hubby made a hot pot (hmm not convinced), Watched Dr Who
