Gracie’s Life Experiment

So the first of the data gathering interviews for this case study I’m doing at work happened today.  It was a telecon to a guy in Minneapolis so we couldn’t start till 3 pm.  Finished at about 5pm.  Ordinarily this wouldn’t be too bad a finish time, but I usually finish work around 2 or 3 on a Friday pm and there was hardly anyone in the office when we got out of the meeting room.  The guy sounded just like Sylvester Stallone and I kept wondering if he was sitting there in a Rambo costume (I know v childish of me).  But the interview went really well and we got everything we needed.  It’s funny that when I mention I have an interview, people first ask whether I’m going for a job somewhere, then they think I am interviewing someone for a job, then I have to tell them it’s for data gathering purposes!

Summary of the day:  Work, Did some more analysis on questionnaires, Had nice fish and chips for lunch, Did telecon interview, Got stuck in traffic on way home (5.30 is not a good time to drive anywhere in Loughborough), Got home to find hubby had started an open fire and a cup of tea waiting on the coffee table (he’s so sweet!), Went to Aldi for shopping
