Gracie’s Life Experiment

Had my 6th Christmas meal since the beginning of the month.  This time it was hubby’s work social.  Chicken terrine for starters (it really had the consistency of polyfilla). Rather mistakenly I had decided that I was going to have turkey (big mistake) it was rock hard and most chewsome!  But maybe this was because there were about 70 people in the party and it took so long to serve all the dishes.  Still a bit rubbish though.  The dessert was lovely though, hot chocolate pudding.  Also I had a bit of the creme bruless which was fab.  Thank goodness I don’t have anymore of these socials until Christmas itself now.  I don’t think my stomach can cope anymore.  Will definitely have to just not eat in January to make up for all this excess.

Summary of the day: Work, Finally finished the interview workpacks (it’s taken about 2 weeks), Rushed home to get ready to go out, Went out!
