Gracie’s Life Experiment

I’ve got a crappy immune system and when I get ill, every bug and virus in my vicinity become magnetised to me!!  I’m totally rundown at the moment, my nose won’t stop running, I have a mega headache and fever.  Worst thing is feeling tired and knackered.  I don’t don’t like it when my body is physically incapable of doing stuff, but I find it most annoying when you get brain fogginess – I can’t concentrate for more than about 10 mins, and often completely forget what I was thinking about.   I have been walking around with my logbook and pen today writing stuff down as I got along on my to do list as I would forget too easily.

Summary of the day: Had a meeting in Mech Eng, Had first of the Christmas dinners (Thai Grand was very nice), Worked lots in the afternoon, Sent out first stage of my case study, Sorted out emails, Came home late and found hubby cooking dinner (well there was a pizza in the oven).
